Watch Works/Total Time began operations in 1988 with the opening of the chain's first store in San Bernardino. Since inception, our chain has grown to 8 stores located throughout Southern California. Our size allows us to provide our customers with the buying power, selection, and product availability of a large chain with the personal service typically only experienced at a local independent dealer.

Broad Product Selection: Authorized Dealer of Desirable Brands

Watch Works/Total Time stores are authorized dealers for all the lines we carry. We provide broad product offerings from the most desirable watch brands at each of our 8 locations. If however you should desire a watch that is not currently in stock at your local store, it can typically be located at another store in our chain, and is usually delivered to the local store within one day. Additionally, due to our size, we are able to obtain special orders from manufacturers rapidly.

Fast, Professional Repair Service

Watch Works/Total Time professional watchmakers are certified by the world's leading watch companies and each has many years experience in their field. Service offerings provided include watch repair, battery changes, band adjustment and replacement, and jewelry repair. Many services can be done while you wait and all repairs are handled by our internal staff; no watch will be shipped to outside service providers or the manufacturer unless specifically mandated. Providing service in-house gets the watch back on your wrist sooner and eliminates the possibility of damage or loss during shipping.
 

Provide Peace of Mind

As an authorized dealer, all watches sold carry a manufacturer's warranty. In addition, Watch Works/Total Time provides an added year of warranty coverage with every watch sold. If you should ever have a problem during the warranty period, simply take it to ANY Total Time or Watch Works location. Your watch will be repaired at no cost to you if there is a manufacturer's defect.
