Many services can be done while you wait and all repairs are handled by our internal staff; no watch will be shipped to outside service providers or the manufacturer unless specifically mandated. Providing watch repair services in-house gets the watch back on your wrist sooner and eliminates the possibility of damage or loss during shipping. We use original factory parts whenever possible.

Band Replacement/Adjustment

Watch Works/Total Time carries replacement bands from leading watch band companies Hadley-Roma and Speidel and Hirsch. We also stock many watch manufacturer's original bands. If you desire an original band that we do not have in stock, we can order the band from the watch manufacturer and install it for you.
Watch Works/Total Time also can adjust the size of your band to perfectly fit your wrist. Band adjustment is provided free of charge when you purchase a watch from Watch Works/Total Time.


Battery Replacement

At Watch Works/Total Time batteries are replaced while you wait. All watch battery replacements are guaranteed to last for at least one year. Additionally, if you have a water-resistant watch we can reseal the watch to guarantee it to its original depth rating.


Crown Replacement

At Watch Works/Total Time we stock a wide variety of crowns, including manufacturer?s original crowns. If not in stock, we can order the manufacturer?s original crown. Often crown replacement can be done while you wait.


Crystal Replacement/Buffing

Watch Works/Total Time carries crystals to fit virtually any watch. Many crystal styles are available in sapphire, which is scratch-resistant. If we have the correct crystal to fit your watch, the repair can often be done while you wait. We also can provide specially cut crystals to fit your watch if it is required. Additionally, if your watch is water resistant, we will replace the gasket and reseal the watch when the crystal is replaced.
If your watch has a plastic crystal, the scratches often can be buffed to give a brand new appearance.


Dial Cleaning/Replacement
 Watch Works/Total Time will replace your dial with the original manufacturer's dial whenever possible. Vintage watch dials can be restored to look like new.
 

Resealing of Water Resistant Watches

Many watches have water-resistant ratings to certain depths. These watches have been tested to ensure that they are indeed water-resistant. Whenever the watch case is opened, the water resistance rating may be compromised. The watch can be resealed to its original rating by changing gaskets and performing a pressure test to its original water resistant rating. This procedure usually takes 30 minutes.

Watch Repair/Cleaning/Overhaul

All Watch Works/Total Time watchmakers are certified technicians for the leading watch brands. If your watch is in need of service to restore it to proper working order, our watchmakers can do the job. Watches typically take about one week to be overhauled and adjusted for accuracy. We guarantee all parts used in the repair to be free from defect for one year and all repair work for six months.
